Job description

We are seeking CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity in Flagstaff, Arizona. This hospital-based assignment offers flexible summer dates, a collaborative anesthesia team, and a diverse surgical case mix in a busy perioperative setting.

Available Dates & Shifts
June 18 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
June 19 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
June 30 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
July 1 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
July 2 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
July 3 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
July 25 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Hospital-based practice
317-bed facility
11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory surgery center ORs
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Case Mix: Orthopedics, General Surgery, trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory Surgery, Endoscopy

Requirements:
Active Arizona license required
BLS or ACLS certification required

Additional Information:
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days
Overtime available after scheduled shift
