CRNA Opportunity – Show Low, AZ

Assignment Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Flexible options: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 5×10s per week
• Post-call day off guaranteed; additional OB float days available
• Solo practice, CRNA-only model
• EMR: Cerner

Clinical Scope:
• Case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular
• OB required
• Blocks: occasional PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus
• Adult and pediatric patients

Requirements:
• Active Arizona CRNA license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Compensation & Benefits:
• $240/hr + travel & lodging
• $250/hr for OT hours over 40
