Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for an assignment at a south central Arizona facility with a supervised anesthesia model and flexible scheduling needs.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP (minimum 4-week commitment)
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
• Shift Expectations: Must be able to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month
• Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts/month, assigned based on departmental need (may cover OB or OR)
• Weekly Hours: Typically 3–4 shifts/week (36+ hours). Additional shifts available for flexible providers.

Requirements
• Board Certification: CRNA
• State License: AZ license or ability to obtain (IMLC accepted)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (hospital CRNA); must have active OB experience and be comfortable with high-risk cases
