CRNA needed in AZ - willing to license

Job description

-Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
-Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
-Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR)
-Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
-Credentialing timeline:
-AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks
-IMLC: ~2 months
-Non-Licensed: ~3 months
(based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history)
-Credentialing can begin with pending license

• 12 hour shifts
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
