Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide scheduled anesthesia coverage at a dynamic hospital in Arizona. This role offers a fast-paced surgical environment, exposure to a wide range of case types, and the opportunity to support a high-volume perioperative team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 13, 2026
• Contract Length: Short-term coverage
• Schedule Type: Scheduled shifts only — no call
• Shift Options: Day, swing, weekend
• Night Shifts (10 hours): 19:00–07:00
• Scheduling: Standard shift structure

Work Details
• Specialty: CRNA
• OR Volume: 11 ORs in the main hospital + 2 in the ambulatory center
• Daily Case Load: 50–60 cases per day
• Service Lines: Orthopedics, ortho trauma, general surgery, trauma general, spine, neurosurgery, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• Case Requirements: Must have recent hospital-based anesthesia experience
• EMR: Cerner + SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Size: 317 beds

• Board Certification: CRNA
• License: Active Arizona license required
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS
• Experience: Recent hospital anesthesia experience required
