Job description

Evaluate clinical AI systems on your own schedule and help improve how they handle primary care.

AI systems learn from examples reviewed by clinical experts. The teams building medical AI tools need family medicine physicians who can read AI-generated clinical answers, check them against evidence-based guidelines and standards of care, and point out content that is unsafe, incomplete or unclear. This is part-time contract work done remotely on a flexible schedule.

What you'll do
• Review AI-generated clinical answers for accuracy, safety, completeness and clinical appropriateness
• Cover cases across pediatric, adult and geriatric patients
• Check clinical datasets and documentation against evidence-based guidelines and standards of care
• Flag ambiguities and give clear feedback on edge cases and review guidance

Who this is for
• Active MD degree and current United States medical licensure; board certification in Family Medicine is preferred
• Hands-on family medicine or primary care experience in clinic, community practice or health system settings
• Wide knowledge of preventive care, common acute and chronic conditions, and care for patients in multiple age groups
• Current primary care knowledge and sound medical judgment
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication and careful attention to clarity and detail
• Helpful background includes clinical annotation, medical record review, or related dataset review experience, and familiarity with evidence-based medicine and standards of care; prior AI training work is not required.

• $100–$120 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
