Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Rural Health Clinic

Job description

We are a dynamic, patient-centered Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) established in 2005, located in Cheyenne, WY. HealthWorks has been committed to providing a medical home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health providers and pharmacists work together in a team-based system of care. We strive to improve the quality of our patient’s lives who would otherwise have limited access to health care.

HealthWorks has officially moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility—unlike anything else in Cheyenne! Our modern, thoughtfully designed space supports exceptional patient care, strong team collaboration, and a workplace where healthcare professionals can truly thrive.

HealthWorks is growing—and we’re ready to bring more care, more connection, and more opportunity to Platte County! As a nonprofit community healthcare organization, we’re committed to helping people access the care they need close to home. Our expansion will support rural communities through local positions and Cheyenne-based mobile care teams that bring healthcare beyond the traditional clinic walls. We’re hiring a family nurse practitioner (NP), with a sign-on bonus available for these roles! We’re looking for compassionate, enthusiastic providers who are excited to build relationships and help expand access to rural healthcare.

Join HealthWorks and help us bring exceptional care—and a friendly face—to more Wyoming communities!
