-Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
-Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio and Arizona. ---
-Additional states may be required depending on business needs.
-National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP.
-Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care, urgent care, or tele-health.
-Demonstrated knowledge of risk adjustment coding (HCC/RAF) and HEDIS measures.
-Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and tele-health platforms.
Reliable internet connection and private workspace.
