Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility for licensure

Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred

Recent residency graduates are welcome

ACN applicants considered on a case-by-case basis

Specialties Considered: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Primary Care.
