The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support consistent and coordinated outpatient care delivery throughout the assignment period.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide day shift, outpatient clinic-based primary care services to homeless and underserved patients of all ages on a full-time basis. The expected caseload is 16 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions within a public service clinic environment. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
