## 🩺 POSITION OVERVIEW
An established orthopedic program is seeking a **Board Certified or Board Eligible Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon** to join a growing surgical team.
This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in developing a comprehensive joint replacement program with significant autonomy, strong referral support, dedicated OR access, and an experienced multidisciplinary care team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in **primary and revision joint arthroplasty** and a commitment to excellent surgical outcomes and patient-centered care.

## 💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
* **$739,000 guaranteed compensation for the first 2 years**
* Production-based compensation beginning in Year 3 after **10,650 wRVUs**

## ✅ REQUIREMENTS
* MD or DO
* **ABOS Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible**
* Fellowship in **Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred**
* Eligible for required state medical licenses
* Strong experience with total joint and revision procedures
* Current DEA
* BLS certification
* Unrestricted prescribing and medical practice authority
* Strong clinical, surgical, communication, and teamwork skills
* Clean malpractice and licensing history preferred
* NPDB Self-Query Report required during credentialing
* **No J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship**
