Job description

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Women's Health Physician Assistant for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving underserved and uninsured patients throughout Los Angeles County. This outpatient position offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with no night or weekend call.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $80.00–$90.00/hour

Practice Environment
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
Multispecialty outpatient practice
Mission-driven organization serving underserved and uninsured populations
Multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dentistry, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers
Approximately 20–24 patients per day
No night or weekend call
Approximately 180,000 patient visits annually serving 48,000 patients

Qualifications
Women's Health Physician Assistant
Master's degree required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a certified Physician Assistant
Clinical rotations during training do not count toward the required experience
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Must be able to conduct a full patient assessment in Spanish without an interpreter
