## 🩺 JOB OVERVIEW

An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a **Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician** to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinic environment.

The physician will manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate specialty services, and develop long-term treatment plans for patients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
* Conduct preventive visits, wellness exams, and follow-ups
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care
* Maintain accurate documentation in **Epic EMR**
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
* Provide patient education and continuity of care
* Participate in shared call responsibilities
* Complete 36 hours of weekly patient contact and 4 administrative hours

## 💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

**Base Salary: $235,000–$265,000/year**, based on experience and training.

## ✅ REQUIREMENTS

* **Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Required**
* Board Eligible physicians must obtain certification within **3 years**
* Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain
* DEA certification
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certification
* Clean malpractice and licensing history
* Epic experience preferred
* Monday–Friday availability required
* H-1B visa candidates considered
* J-1 visa candidates not accepted

**Not open to locum tenens candidates.**

**Not open to physicians with lapsed board certification requiring recertification.**

**Candidates should be able to maintain a reasonable commute and should not be working another position that conflicts with the required schedule.**
