Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services in support of Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center. The Family Medicine Physician will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of family medicine, including care for infants, children, adolescents, and adults.

This position requires recent hands-on clinical experience in evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients in a primary care setting. The provider will be responsible for managing an assigned panel of patients and coordinating care across multidisciplinary healthcare teams and systems.

Work Schedule

CRDAMC is a 24/7 Medical Treatment Facility. Work schedules are determined by the applicable Department Chief, designated Government representative, and Contractor based on mission requirements.

Work schedules may range between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. Schedules may include day, evening, night, weekend, training holiday, and Federal holiday shifts. Shifts may be scheduled for up to 16 hours, but will normally be scheduled for up to 12 hours.

JOB DUTIES:
The Family Medicine Physician will perform duties including, but not limited to:

Provide primary care services, including pediatrics and specialty care, as approved by the CRDAMC governing credentialing board.
Perform the full scope of family medicine services, including examination, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecological, orthopedic, and pediatric conditions.
Provide first-contact, continuous, and comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults.
Manage an assigned panel of patients and ensure continuity of care.
Coordinate and integrate care across healthcare systems, including subspecialty care, hospitals, home health agencies, nursing homes, and other care settings.
Complete required medical records accurately, thoroughly, and timely in accordance with DHA and CRDAMC Medical Treatment Facility procedures and regulations.
Teach and provide consultation to other healthcare providers, students, interns, residents, and volunteers, as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient outcomes and continuity of care.
