A Health Center is seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our highly collaborative primary care team. Position Highlights:
Full-time, permanent position
Start as soon as credentialed (approximately 30 days)
37.5-hour work week
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Includes 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
One hour of provider meeting time each Wednesday
Rotating Saturday clinic hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
No call responsibilities
EPIC EMR with Nabla AI documentation support
Adult patient population (ages 17+)
Average patient volume: 18–20 patients per day

Clinical Practice:
Providers practice comprehensive outpatient primary care, managing a broad range of routine adult and family medicine conditions in a well-supported team environment.
Responsibilities include:
Preventive care and annual wellness visits
Chronic disease management
Acute care visits
Medication management
Health screenings and patient education
Care coordination and referrals when appropriate

Exceptional Support Structure:
Providers enjoy a robust interdisciplinary support model, including:
Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each provider
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
Team-based nursing support
Bilingual nursing and clinical support staff
Community Health Workers assisting patients outside of clinical visits
Established provider mentorship and residency training environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Year One Compensation
Guaranteed salary: $149,000 annually

Year Two and Beyond:
Base salary plus RVU productivity incentives
Typical productivity bonuses can exceed $20,000 annually

Additional benefits include:

5 CME days annually
CME allowance of $900 annually
CME allowance increases to $1,200 annually for providers with more than three years of experience

Candidate Requirements:
Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience required
Ability to practice independently with minimal supervision
Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain)
Strong commitment to community health and underserved populations

Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish-speaking providers strongly encouraged to apply
Prior community health or primary care experience
