TriHealth Family Wellness Center is a rapidly growing physician-led multispecialty medical group serving the Tampa Bay region with locations in Wesley Chapel, Gainesville, and Temple Terrace. We focus on delivering innovative, patient-centered outpatient care with services including Primary Care, Women’s Health, Preventive Medicine, Weight Loss, and specialty services.

We are launching our Interventional Pain Management program and are seeking a motivated physician to help build and grow a comprehensive outpatient pain management service line within a modern multispecialty organization.

Position Highlights
Outpatient Interventional Pain Management
Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
No hospital call required
Established internal referral network from primary care providers

AthenaOne EHR implementation underway
AI medical scribe technology utilized for documentation support
Minimal charting burden and reduced after-hours notes

Responsibilities
Comprehensive pain evaluations
Interventional spine and joint procedures
Ultrasound-guided procedures
Trigger point injections
EMG/NCV studies
Musculoskeletal evaluations
Medication management as appropriate
Development of individualized treatment plans
Coordination of care with primary care and specialty providers

Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in PM&R, Pain Management, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or related specialty
Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred
Florida medical license or ability to obtain
Strong procedural and patient communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with interest in program growth
Compensation Range

$250,000 – $450,000 annually based on experience, scope of practice, and productivity potential.
