TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist for a full-time permanent opportunity with a community-focused behavioral health organization in South Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological assessments, counseling, and behavioral health services in collaboration with integrated primary care, long-term care, and school-based healthcare teams.

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based mental health counseling including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
Problem Solving Therapy (PST)
Perform:
Biopsychosocial assessments
Psychological evaluations
Psychological testing and interpretation
Treatment planning and ongoing therapy
Treat:
Children
Adolescents
Adults
Families
Diagnose and manage:
Depression
Anxiety
Substance use disorders
Complex behavioral health conditions
Utilize screening tools including PHQ-9 and PHQ-A
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Collaborate with:
Primary care providers
Behavioral health teams
Community agencies
School-based programs
Participate in quality improvement and productivity initiatives

Requirements
PhD in Psychology required
Active South Carolina Psychologist license required
1–3 years of clinical psychology experience required
Current BLS certification required
Valid driver’s license required
Strong diagnostic, assessment, and counseling skills
Ability to independently manage complex behavioral health cases
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan
