The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through 24-hour call coverage with a 1:3 call schedule managing approximately 30-40 deliveries per month and 14 surgical cases monthly. Primary responsibilities include performing C-sections, hysterectomies, circumcisions, tubal ligations, vaginal deliveries, D&C procedures, and laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy while managing a total inpatient census of 6 patients daily with 2-3 OB checks. The position requires maintaining BLS and NRP certifications with response time within 30 minutes during call periods while utilizing the EPIC EMR system for documentation. The facility maintains 3 labor rooms, 16 patient rooms, and 6 newborn beds with no ICU or critical care procedures required.
