Primary Medicine ARNP – Adult Outpatient Preventive Care

Job ID: BS20799 Location: Seattle (Renton, WA (King County – Seattle Metro) Setting: Community Behavioral Health Center – Adult Outpatient Health & Wellness Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 2 days per week, ideally Monday & Tuesday (flexible) Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. onsite (30–60 min lunch) Onsite Only: Yes EMR: Athena Contract Type: Ongoing long‑term contractor position

A community-based behavioral health and wellness center in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Primary Care ARNP to provide adult-only outpatient preventive care and chronic disease management. This role supports continuity of care for an adult population within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The schedule begins at 2 days per week, with the potential to expand based on patient care needs and provider productivity. Ideal days are Monday and Tuesday, but the center can be flexible.

• Patient Population: Adults only (18+)

• Daily Volume: ~18–20 patients per day

• Clinical Focus:

  • Preventive health services

  • Chronic illness management (HTN, diabetes, COPD, etc.)

  • Wellness and health maintenance

  • Integrated care within a behavioral health setting

• Provide comprehensive adult outpatient preventive care

• Manage chronic medical conditions

• Maintain a daily caseload of 18–20 patients

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness

• Document and coordinate care using Athena EMR

• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered clinical standards

• Active Washington ARNP license (or ability to obtain)

• Family Medicine background strongly preferred

• Experience in adult outpatient primary care and chronic disease management

• Prior work in community-based or integrated care settings preferred

• Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic health records
