Heartline Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. This position offers the ability to build meaningful patient relationships while providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative clinical environment.

The provider will focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary care team.

Position Highlights

Monday to Friday schedule
Clinic hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Outpatient primary care setting
Care for patients across the lifespan
Limited call coverage approximately one weekend every eight weeks with stipend
Established workflows and experienced support staff

Candidate Requirements

Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Two years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
