Heartline Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. This position offers the ability to build meaningful patient relationships while providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative clinical environment.

The physician will focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and wellness education while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary care team. The practice emphasizes quality patient care, continuity of care, and strong provider support.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Clinic hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Care for patients across the lifespan
• Limited call coverage approximately one weekend every eight weeks with stipend
• Established workflows and experienced support staff

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Interest in preventive medicine and chronic disease management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $190,000 – $230,000
