Can start in 2 weeks given credentialing
Muskegon Family Care
MI License, CSR and DEA
Family Medicine Physician preferred – Must be able to see infants - will not take a Ped MD
Will need to be collaborating physician to 2 NP/Pas
FQHC
Starting ASAP – 2 week credentialing - can try to speed it up
3 month assignment
Monday-Friday 8-5 seeing about 12-15 patients per day
Epic EMR
Yes to T&L
Need Drug screen, fit for duty/physical form and TB test result

• FQHC in Muskegon- seeing patients of all ages
• Outpatient primary care- Mon-Fri 8-5
• 12-15 patients per day
