FNP needed in Northern CA

Start Date: ASAP, 3/2/26
Contract Length: 3 mo, likely options to extend
Shift Details: 8:30-5:00p
Schedule: 4 days/week, every week
Call requirements: no call

Work Details:
• Support staff: 2 RNs, 1 LVN, every provider has a MA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 days/week every week
• Patients per day: 20/day – mostly all return patients
• Patient population/age: all adult 18+
• Department description: Clinic manages a lot of chronic diseases. Clinic sees some urgent primary care needs for sickness, etc.
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required:
o Spanish speaking skills highly preferred

Practice Setting:
• Clinic

Requirements:
• License required: CA license required, no licensing
• DEA: Required, CA with schedule 2
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required:
Must have 2-3 years RECENT experience working outpatient primary care
Must have at least 1 year experience working with EPIC
Experience working with vulnerable populations or working in safety net communities is strongly preferred

• 3 months with the option to extend
• No call
• 4 days a week
