Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent opportunity in Knox, Indiana. This position offers the chance to join a patient-centered healthcare team providing comprehensive outpatient primary care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Permanent MD/DO – Family Medicine Physician
Location: Knox, Indiana

Position Details:
Outpatient-only practice with the possibility of some inpatient work
Flexible schedule: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
Occasional Saturday clinic (8:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
Average patient volume: 22–25 patients per day

Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients of all ages
Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage medical conditions, and coordinate follow-up care
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary $240,000 to $260,000
120 hours of paid time off
