Job description

Family Practice Physician Needed in VT:
Start Date: 1/5/2026 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 5x8/hour shifts. Flexible hours and days
Work details:
- Patients per day: 18 PPD
- Patient Population/Age: 6 years +, Majority of patients over 45
- Department Description: Recognized as a Patient-Centered-Medical-Home for nearly the last 20 years. Family Primary Care practice accepting patients age 6 thru end of life. However, pediatric population is only 40 patients between 6-17 total census is just over 5600.
- EMR: Meditech

VT License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
