Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year (experience-dependent)

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform physical exams and patient observations
✔️ Record medical histories and symptoms
✔️ Create and contribute to patient care plans
✔️ Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Monitor and operate medical equipment
✔️ Diagnose health issues and modify treatment plans as needed
✔️ Administer medications and other treatments
✔️ Consult with healthcare professionals and families
✔️ Train patients and families to manage and prevent illness

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program
✔️ Licensure: Active NY State Nurse Practitioner (NP) License
✔️ Certification: Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
✔️ Experience: New graduates welcome; prior ENT, primary care, or multi-specialty experience a plus
✔️ Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR, clinical diagnostics, primary care procedures
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, adaptability
