Location: Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, NY ✅
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-time (≥ 20 hours/week)
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide comprehensive primary care: diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management
✔️ Collaborate with specialists for multidisciplinary care
✔️ Educate patients on preventive health and lifestyle modifications
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely medical records
✔️ Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
✔️ Licensure & Certification: Active NY State Medical License; Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care
✔️ Experience: Open to all levels (negotiable)
✔️ Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, preventive care, and chronic disease management
✔️ Soft Skills: Cultural competency, strong communication, collaborative mindset
