Primary Care MD - Private Practice - Locum to Perm - Willing to License with IMLC

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide locum services in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a stable outpatient setting with consistent weekday hours and the potential for long-term placement. Coverage is needed beginning November 2025, with a 3–6 month locum-to-perm contract.

🏥 Job Details:

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a–3p; no nights or weekends required

Coverage: Scheduled clinic hours only; no call

Shift Commitment: Full-time, 5x8s

Support Services: Collaborative team environment

Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day

Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

📋 Requirements:

Board Certification: Required in Primary Care or related specialties

License: Active state license required; IMLC accepted

Certifications: DEA and other applicable credentials

Experience: All experience levels considered

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days

Additional Notes: Local candidates preferred; interview process includes phone screen and leadership review
