Physician Home Health Locums - Ultra-Flexible Scheduling - OK License

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide locum services in the Ardmore, OK area. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking flexible scheduling and meaningful patient engagement through in-home health evaluations. Coverage is needed beginning December 2025, with options for short-term or long-term contracts.

🏥 Job Details:

Setting: Home Health (Float Pool)

Schedule: Flexible daytime shifts (7a–7p), Monday through Sunday; no nights or weekends required

Coverage: Scheduled visits only; no call

Shift Commitment: Providers may work full-time, part-time, PRN, or seasonal schedules

Support Services: Orientation includes training modules and onboarding support

Patient Volume: 6–9 visits per day

Procedures: No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans

📋 Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be BC in Primary Care or related specialties

License: Active Oklahoma license required

Education: Master’s degree required

Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 7 days to 2–3 weeks; name clear process required
