Primary Care Physician Needed in Panama City FL-Up To $50k Sign On Bonus

We have a Primary Care office in Panama City, Florida that focuses on value-based care and is seeking experienced primary/manage care physicians to join the team. The position involves working with older adults to support their health and wellness.

Applicants should have experience as Primary Care Physicians and be committed to providing quality patient care while addressing the needs of the adult population. The organization provides physicians with adequate time and a support team to carry out these responsibilities and maintains policies supporting work-life balance for staff.

Primary Care Physicians serve as leaders within a team-based medical group, applying a value-based care model prioritizing patient care quality.

Responsibilities include:

· Outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

· Independently performing comprehensive health assessments and communicating care plans to patients and their families.

· Diagnosing, treating, and managing individuals in the Medicare Advantage population with multiple chronic conditions.

· Communicating effectively with all members of the care team to develop appropriate plans of care and minimize unnecessary tests or fragmented care.

· Complying with the scope of practice regulations in the relevant state.

Benefits:

· Monday to Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, outpatient only. No weekends or holidays.
