Location(s): San Jose, CA – with additional nearby clinic options (3 total)
Start Date: 10/27/2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: 6 months
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule

Shifts: 8a–5p, Monday – Friday (lunch required)

Orientation: Full week (Mon–Fri) – must attend all days to qualify

Call: None

Work Details

Practice Setting: Outpatient, primary care clinic

Support Staff: Provided

Patient Load: 21/day minimum (21+ preferred)

Patient Population: All ages

EMR: Epic

Coverage Needed: Full-time

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

Licensure: Active CA license (no licensing assistance provided)

Certifications: BLS

Credentialing: 30 days or less

Three different clinic locations available – provider preference will be considered.

Candidates willing to cover all three sites will be prioritized.
